Infected by trojan/malware - please HELP

Hi , Since today my McAfee antivirus has stopped working. It happened when some application downloaded on to my web browser and was unsuccessfully blocked by mcafee. When I restarted my laptop, the McAfee stopped working. I did an online scan from McAfee website and did not find any infections to my PC. After about 2 hours, my hard drive started to get filled up automatically (some additional files appeared in the temp/virtualised folder). Could you please guide me?? I urgently need help !!! Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  • DDS.txt
  • Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
