98 encarta - stupid error

I installed 98 encarta on my laptop running windows vista basic. Now when I try to uninstall it says "windows host process Rundll32 has stopped working" Is there a way to uninstall this program? Thanx for any help. JB

Try reinstalling Encarta & then uninstalling it again.
