Can anyone solve my issue

Okay, I think I have more then one problem and could use some help diagnosing them and solving them. The first and major problem I seem to be having is if my computer is idle for a little while (15 minutes) it won't load up any new programs. If I try to start up a program the hourglass comes up like its loading but never does. Same with restarting and shutting down. I can click them but nothing happens.

The other issue is google searches get redirected.

Lastly my virtual memory has been coming up being low when I know it shouldn't be.

I have put on my Hijack this log, DDS log, and my Mbam log.

Hello Chunknutzq3 and welcome to WhatTheTech. Please follow these guidelines while we work on your PC:
  • Malware removal is a sometimes lengthy and tedious process. Please stick with the thread until I’ve given you the “All clear.” Absence of symptoms does not mean your machine is clean!
  • Please do not run any scans or install/uninstall any applications without being directed to do so.
  • Please follow my instructions carefully and in the order they are posted.
  • Any underlined text in my posts indicates a clickable link.
  • You should print any instructions I give you for ease of use and reference.
  • If you have any questions at all, please stop and ask before proceeding.
