Hello Amy, If you block all cookies there are some or most sites you will not be able to access. But you can move the slider up to make IE more secure. First lets see where those cookies are coming from Run SpyBot check for problems, fix all red items, when its finished right click and choose copy results (not full report) to clipboard and paste that back here please.
Amy, Run Spybot like I posted in my last post, I want to confirm that its still coming from Firefox, if it is than we are going to create a new profile and delete the other one
I haven't posted yet because when it showed up the last time on spybot, I deleted my cookies in Firefox again and it hasn't come back yet. I'm sure it will though:) Anyway, this is my results today. Amy, If it comes back we are just going to have you create a new Firefox profile and delete the current one. Let me know if it comes back
