Okay, done. Do you know anything of that site I posted? Not sure where else to go if nothing we have tried yet has worked. (though we have not used hijack this yet)

Also I don't want to forget, we disable my CD Emulators with some program or other, and I want to make sure that when we are done here we re-enable them. Thanks so much for your help!!!

Also I just got informed of an update that is optional though it sounds important,

Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0 for Windows Vista (KB968930)

One more thing, ieui.dll has no file path, I can't even find it on my computer either. This is the site I was referring to talking about that:
http://www.liutiliti...lllibrary/ieui/

Thanks so much for all your help and patience thus far, I will be gone for a while, I may not be back today, so take your time on this.

Are you talking about freecause?
I don't know anything about it.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968929

To re-enable your Emulation drivers once you're clean, double click DeFogger to run the tool.
  • The application window will appear
  • Click the Re-enable button to re-enable your CD Emulation drivers
  • Click Yes to continue
  • A 'Finished!' message will appear
  • Click OK
  • DeFogger will now ask to reboot the machine - click OK
IMPORTANT! If you receive an error message while running DeFogger, please post the log defogger_enable which will appear on your desktop.

Your Emulation drivers are now re-enabled.

Okay, so when we are done I will do that, not that I have noticed any change in my computer because of this. Did you get a chance to look at my combo fix log I posted a day or two ago? It came out better than any of the other ones had, it looked more complete. It should be on the previous page.

I didn't see anything bad in the scan results.

You can run it again and I'll have a new look if you like.

That's okay, lol I have run that scan too many times I think. I am just wondering what we should do now. I mean it is still stopping on that file, and freezing the computer when it does. We wrote to McAfee, but no response (no surprise though). I am just weary of that file, because when McAfee does scan it, it appears different from the other files. The other files look like this C:\Users\Nathaniel\ect\ect... You get it right? Well this is the only file that appears as C:\...\ieui.dll so it is like it has no file pathway, and I can't find it on my computer, I have run several searches for it, in different ways, and still nothing. With McAfee being uninstalled and then reinstalled, I thought that if it was them causing the trouble that it would go away, but no good. Is it possible that it is a registry error with my files?
