Hi, A few days ago, I got help from an online forum regarding a virus infection. Though most of the symptoms seem to be gone, I still have one that persists. My IE won't run unless it is right clicked to "Run as Administrator". I am using Windows Vista 32-bit. Looks like you're running 2 anti-virus programs.

Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously!
The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time.
Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with each other, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown.

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

I suggest you do this:

1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Next, open Add/Remove Programs and remove either:
AVG
Microsoft Security Essentials

Reboot and please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
I have removed Microsoft Security Essentials, and I've kept AVG. My computer seems fine, except for the fact that IE still won't run unless I right click as Administrator (I've tried to make it always run on administrator but everything under the Compatibility tab is greyed out). It is also a bit slow, but I am guessing that is due to the Antivirus program. * Oh, and IE is considerably slower. It freezes at times.
Open up Control Panel, and type in “UAC” into the search box. You’ll see a link for “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”: On the next screen you should uncheck the box for “Use User Account Control (UAC)”, and then click on the OK button. You’ll need to reboot your computer before the changes take effect
