Hey Ken,

Replying to a previous closed topic? Have run a number of recommended scans, such as GMER, FileLister, TDSKiller and Combo fix ect, regarding a very slow computer and other issues with IE 8. Have run OTL scan, find Logs attached below. (OTL.Txt, Extras.Txt)

Cheers

Hey, Still experiencing a slow computer? Everything was running fine, until I downloaded AVG Free edition Anti virus, Computer always runs slow with AVG, Unless you know of any Settings to change?? Usually takes a lot longer to open browsers and get online. Cheers
Free,

All systems are different and some programs will work flawlessly on some and crash another. Why don't you go to the Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel and uninstall AVG, then reboot and run there removal tool , it will remove what the add remove missed

Then try one of these, just one AV and one firewall , more is over kill and can cause issues
