Hello. My computer is infected by the Vista Antivirus 2010. I have tried running malwarebytes for some reason, I can't even open the file. So I tried scanning my computer with AVG but it tells me that my computer has 0 viruses when I know there is one. Please help me!

Is this the same computer?

Hello,
I followed all the instructions with success except running ComboFix.exe. After I download it, a loading bar appears on my window and after it is complete, nothing happens. I cannot proceed to the next instructions because Combofix does not open. Is this normal? Does the program just automatically scan without a welcome screen?
