I think I have the google redirect problem, not on every search though. I ran ,malawarebytes, norton, and avast. They picked up nothing. I ran hitmanpro and got onizewug.dll c:\windows indication that this file is a threat. However it can also be benign. Contains high amount of malware related properties. It is potentially malicious software. Do I delete this? I tried searching the net for this dll but nothing comes up. I went to msconfig and disabled it in the startup but it just reloads when computer reboots. Could this be my redirect problem with google?

That GMER got my puter messed up The minute I hit the zipped file and that screen appeared my puter froze I finally got it x'd out but I cannot get into anything. I am now on an old computer. I am afraid to try to resart
okay I had to shut it down as the screen was blank.

so I rebooted.

seems okay now but I am afraid to try that GMER again

One more thing I want to mention. Earlier today I went into regedit and searched for that
onizewug and found that in the Local Machine under start up there is a folder called Dzejanuzehobiqo
and that onizewug appears on the right side of screen when you click the Dzejanuzehobiqo folder.

🖼Click to load external image (Posted Image) Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:
Link 1
Link 2

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

  • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

[external image: Posted Image]

  • Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

[external image: Posted Image]

  • Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.

I did some google searches and it appears to be ok. I also rebooted and that oniszewug dll is gone. I check back and see if you post anything else.

Save this as CFScript to your desktop.

Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply.

🖼Click to load external image (Posted Image) You have more than one antivirus (AV) program running. Your logs show both Avast and Norton Internet Security running. Running more than one AV program does not offer any more protection and often causes conflicts and slow downs with your computer. Please uninstall eiher Avast or Norton Internet Security via control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. If you choose to uninstall Norton, I recommend you run the Norton Removal Tool as well.
