[Resolved] Infected lost internet access also

I do not know how this occured, I have been safe surfing.
Hijack this log and Malwarebytes log included.

NOTE an earlier version of Malwarebytes reported 3 infected objects with Trojan.BHO, 2 in registry winhttpapp.winhttp and winhttpapp.winhttp1. i deleted those but they kept coming back. I then installed the newest version 1.44 via flash drive but can not update due to no internet access since infection. Computer is very slow to load and sluggist after getting to desktop. I tried reinstalling network card drivers but it did not help to bring back internet connection.
