I need you to find the combofix results.
File name will be combofix.txt It will either be on your desktop or in the directory C:\combofix

Open combofix.txt with notepad and copy/paste the results.
Could not find the results which would indicate it never finished the scan. So I will have to run it again. Oh and while I did this the first time AVG was still popping up asking if I wanted to Quarantine or Allow the file. I said Allow.

Open taskmanager by using Ctrl/Alt/Del (all 3 keys at same time)
Open processes and for every file that starts with AVG disable it. You can Right Click on each one and select End Process.

After the above,
Run Combofix again.
Sorry to report but it just wont disable them. Right click/end process… it ends then comes right back up again. I clicked on other programs and they ended and did not reappear. Don't know what to make of it.
