Your system is infected! background

hi there, my computer is misreble since it shows baloon says "there is remote user trying to get ur credit card info" i turned off and try to fixed it many time off line but i couldn't any way i tried some topics from other ppl it doesn't work with me ( ewido ) found 4 infected files and cleand them all tried erunt and Hijackthis too, didn't work as i hoped i hope some "superman " help me from here may be you need to know i can't open some files it just disappear and outbox shows saying this file infected in corner i have red circle with white x synmantec is disable any other info i will be glad to see some one trying to help regards
