[Closed] Finish up Cleaning

My friend had several bad viruses on her computer and handed it over to me to fix. But it seems by the time i got to it several programs had already been run on the computer and some of the problems removed. At this point there still seems to be a few minor problems such as locked up anti-virus programs.

I'm not sure what was removed already or what virus was on the computer before someone attempted to fix it.

I know. Malewarebytes doesn't work, Spybot won't work.

Avast is currently running on the computer - seems to be working find now
I also ran ccleaner to remove cookies and fix some 280 Registry value errors.

I am currently not seeing any other problems other than the locked up programs.
