Hi,

How is the computer running now?

Please do the following:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  • Under Main choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
    • If you use Firefox browser
    • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.
I ran the ATF Cleaner.

I just found this message in my yahoo inbox. It was sent to me on December 15, 2009. I don't remember signing up for this account. Not even sure what it is?

Dear RockYou user,

As you know, RockYou takes our users privacy very seriously. We take a lot of effort to protect user data from security breaches and attacks.

Unfortunately, RockYou has very recently learned that it encountered a security breach. As part of this breach, it is possible that someone may have accessed at least your email address and password for the RockYou system. We felt it was important to notify you of this immediately so that you could take any action you feel necessary to protect your privacy.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact [removed]. We are sorry for any problems this has caused you.

The RockYou team

Also, when I send emails now it shows up as:

From: This sender is DomainKeys verified "false" <[removed]>View contact detailsTo: "Annette Ratliff" <[removed]>

Why is it saying "false" <[removed] instead of aratliff37(or my full name) @[removed]?
Go into your "Options" and select "Mail Options". Check if the "From name" field says "false". If it does > change it to your name - see if that resolves the issue.
OK good, so how is the computer running now? Are there any outstanding issues? If things appear to be back to normal, then we can clean up our tools
Hi,
