Please do the following:
Press Start > Run and copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:
cmd /c del /f/a/q/s "C:\WINDOWS\system32\i"

Please post a fresh DDS and Attach.txt and advise how your computer is running now and if there are any outstanding issues.

Please do the following:
Please download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it to its own folder.
- Run JavaRa.exe, pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions
- Accept any prompts.
- Open JavaRa.exe again and select Search For Updates.
- Select Update Using Sun Java's Website then click Search and click on the Open Webpage button.
- Scroll down to the Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) option.
- Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version for your computer.(version 6, update 16)

There doesn't seem to be any other reason for the slowness.
You could try a defrag with auslogics:
Download and run Auslogics Disc Defragmenter
or
You may wish to try StartupLite. Simply download this tool to your desktop and run it. It will explain any optional auto-start programs on your system, and offer the option to stop these programs from starting at startup. This will result in fewer programs running when you boot your system, and should improve performance.
If that does not work, you can try the steps mentioned in Slow Computer/browser? Check Here First; It May Not Be Malware.
If still nothing improves, start a new topic in our windows forum and see if the techs there can tweak things for you.
