This is my first post here, so please bear with me. I am running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 on a Dell Dimension 8400, Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.40 GHz, 3.39GHz 2.50 GB RAM Every time I execute any program, either from the root directory or a shortcut, I get several popup errors. "firefox.exe - Bad Image The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\jjmoxy.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." OR Same as above, but "c:\windows\system32\pilipeho.dll" I have and use regularly AVG anti-virus, firewall, anti-malware/spyware, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
Even though you have and use AVG, it sounds like you have picked up some kind of malware. Couldn't find anything on jjmoxy.dll, but …

The filename is associated with the malware groups:

* Fraudulent Security Program
* Cloaked Malware

PILIPEHO.DLL has been seen to perform the following behavior:

* The Process is packed and/or encrypted using a software packing process
* Found on infected systems and resists interrogation by security products

PILIPEHO.DLL has been the subject of the following behavior:

* Added as a Registry auto start to load Program on Boot up
* Created as a process on disk
* Registered as a Dynamic Link Library File

Works for me, I just tried it. Are you clicking on it or doing a cut and paste of the displayed URL? If the latter, then taht will not work as the URL is shrunk so it doesn't take up too much room, with the removed part replaced by …s. Just click on it and it should work.
