I can't get into my profile. I've tried removing some things from the C: drive, but they won't go away, such as these "askme" things. Here is my hijack this log:

I assume this is the same issue, and computer, as this thread. As ken545 has said, we don't do work computers due to various issues, and you need to contact your IT Department and have them deal with it.
