[Resolved] trojan infection and repeat antivirus pro infections

thanks ocd one question prior to wrap up, when i ran the esat online scanner the instructions were to untick the remove infected files post scan -when the virus scan was finished it picked up approx 10 various trojans, are these still on my system and if so are they ok to be there ? thanks matts

Hi mattskelly,

Those items that the ESET online scan found were in a quarantine folder, and old System Restore Points.
Following the steps outlined in my wrap up will remove those items from your computer.
Once you have completed the steps you should be good to go. :thumbup:
