Hello Whatthetech,
Lately, I've been having trouble with my VAIO laptop internet connection and browser lately. Everytime I try to connect to the internet, Mozilla Firefox keeps saying Page Load Error at the title bar. It described one of the reasons for it was because there was a valid connection but something seemed wrong with the browser.
So, I tried IE instead but get the same problem.
I figured it was a multi-virus scanner problem so I decided to look if I had more than one. Turns out, I did. I had both Norton and AVG, so I decided to get rid of AVG. But for some reason Norton keeps turning itself off. I also suspect there's another spyware scanner on my laptop that I don't remember downloading called DrWatson.
I finally decided to use Safe Mode to connect and found out that it worked. In fact, that where I'm posting this from but the HJT log that follows is a scan from normal mode.
I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
