when i try to delete the file MCMSC_ZARW7XNFNDZTANA a POP OUT message came out saying…. The action can't be completed because the file is open in another program clost the file and try again what does it mean? After searching for this file…I saw so many with the same file name as MCMSC. I found the folder for LOW\HSPERFDATA_LOVE_U but it an empty folder and I can't seem to find 4188 both unsucessful…what should i do please help me. thank you

Are you doing these suggestions as Administrator?

1. These tools MUST be run from the executable. (.exe)
2. With Admin Rights (Right click, choose "Run as Administrator") every time you run them

hello, nice to see you again. I logged in as administrator and looked up for files under .exe I search for the file MCMSC_ZARW7XNFNDZTANA but I was unable to find any file under this name I don't know how it got deleted I deleted the other file LOW\HSPERFDATA_LOVE_U even though this file is an empty file Then I shut down the computer and start again And I tried to download the Malware software But was still unable to the same error message pops out I still can't download the malware software that you suggested earlier Anyother ways??? thank you

When you are downloading MBAM select Save As and save it as spam.com to your desktop.

See if spam.com will run.

I clicked on spam.com file. a message pop out saying do you want to run or cancle I clicked run After that a error message pop out ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1155. No application is associated with the specified file for this operation Therefore, I couldn't download the malware software. Now, does this mean the spyware is going to stay in my computer??? Is there anyway I can get rid of them??? Do you think my computer is corrupted??? I don't know help

january of last year, all of a sudden my computer went black and started downloading lost of things for about 30 minutes. My computer works fine but I think now I am began to doubt that my whole system is hacked or corrupted not sure. I will find those file application that was download here. maybe you get some idea
