Hi guys, help needed again,
I have been having trouble with pc, had 2 blue screens with nvp_disp error !!
Also couldnt get a pic on desktop
When ever i tried to log off it would say that other users are logged on etc,
and constantly would turn its self off to standby, although the settings have not been changed for it to do this.
So I have done a full recovery and as soon as i turned the thing on again nothing but trouble,
Since yesterday i have had cyberlink error report to send,
last night it closed down my window and went to the desktop all the icons were large as if in safemode.
The windows updates wont install
When i try to do live update for norton it freezes before it can download any and says its not responding.
If i leave the pc standing i get an error message saying it cant find flash.ocx file
I also had something called Zwangi on the pc, i tried to remove it but not sure if it has totally gone. It wont install service pack 3 for Windows at all.
and it is really slow still cant believe this is all happening after a supposed full recovery although most of the data is still on pc ie photos and music etc
i have installed malwarebytes and spyblaster for extra protection,
I had posted on software but they thought it may be malware so sent me here
as i am writing this now there is a cyberlink error message on the screen wanting to close
Heelllp please
