Unfortunately your log shows signs of an infection known as Virut. This nasty is technically knowns as a polymorphic file infector, which is as bad as it sounds!
The infection has the ability to infect legitimate files with a copy of itself and to change it's appearance in order to avoid detection. If things weren't already bad enough, although some tools have been shown to have some effect on this nasty, the legitimate infected files are damaged during the infection process and disinfection doesn't undo this damage. These files will need to be replaced, which usually means reinstalling the associated programs, and if they are vital system files the PC could fatally crash, so you need to address the issue as soon as possible.

As it is very difficult to remove successfully, the standard procedure with such infections is to back-up any important data and then reformat and reinstall.
You need to be aware that files with the extensions .exe, .scr, htm, html, asp and php may already be infected and you need to avoid making copies of these as they present a reinfection risk.

Miekiemoes has blogged on these types of infections, if you would like a little further reading : http://miekiemoes.blogspot.com/2009/02/vir…s-throwing.html

Sorry it isn't better news.
