Cross Play Games

I have recently been Naggged and faggged by my mates telling me to Get of PC and get on PS3 as they really wanna play some games wid me so they can teach me a lesson coz i beat them on PC games nearly all the time. is there a way of Cross playing from PC to Ps3 as i dont own a Ps3 but if i was to download a Ps3 game and then play it online Via my PC is that doable ? is there like a software or Server of some sort? or would i need a Diffo OS , i dont think emulaters will work in situations like this and online game play might not work. But as i was doing a google search Unreal Tournament are bringing out a New engine called Unreal Engine 3 were u can Cross play from PC to Ps3 to Xbox but i wanna by pass that on all games

i don't think it would be legal [ since you need to own a copy of the game for it to be legal to emulate a game ] but the only way i see this happening is through an emulator and as you said the online gamesplay would not work. i would say realistically, it is not possible for us newbies, as you would have to find a way to play online… but don't get discouraged, you should probably google around as this forum does not support these kind of activities… good luck with your search
