Hi CatByte I Still Dont Have INTERNET ACCESS and the pop ups on my Desktop are / Arcsoft Connect Notifier has Stopped Working - WSA Startup Failed - Microsoft.NET Framework - Windows Defender - Failed to Connect to a Windows Service, Still Death Blue Screen!!! Hi i RESTARTED and now i got a message from THREAT FIRE ~ RISK: VERY HIGH ~ NAME:eDataSecurity System Loader ( Load and prepaire enviroment ) - EDSLOADER.EXE ~ PATH: C:\ACER\EMPOWERING TECHNOLOGY\EDATASECURITY !!!!! Please tell me what messages you got after you entered the commands in safe mode at the command prompt.

Plug the modem back in.
please reset the IP
please do this:
Log in in safe mode as Administrator
Try the IPconfig command.
Go to Start
Type Cmd in the Start Search text box
You will now see a black DOS-like screen with a command prompt
Type the following at the command prompt:
IPconfig /release. (Note the space between the "g" and the slash / it needs to be there)
Hit enter Then type:
IPconfig /Renew (Note the space between the "g" and the slash / it needs to be there)
Hit enter
See if you get your connection back
If that doesn't work - move on to this next step:
Log in in safe mode as Administrator
Go to Start
Type Cmd in the Start Search text box
You will now see a black DOS-like screen with a command prompt
Type the following commands - one at a time - at the command prompt:
netsh winsock reset catalog hit enter - then type
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log hit enter - then type
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log hit enter - then type exit
Reboot the machine.
If that doesn't work - try this next step:
If you have the network icon in your system tray right click and click on Diagnose and Repair.

If you can’t find the Networking icon, the other way to get to this feature would be to open up the Start Menu
click on Network.
Then click on Network and Sharing Center in the blue menu bar.

Hi,
yes I do understand how long it has been and how frustrating this is for you, but I am doing the best that I can to help you.
it would help me out more if you could reply to just the instructions i give to you
read each instruction - one by one - follow it as best you can
make a note what happens when you try each instruction
then describe what happened for each instruction in your reply to me.
other than the messages you get at start up and your lack of internet connection, can you operate your computer normally?
If not - what symptoms are there.
