Have experienced frequent momentary freeze ups and unresponsive programs every 10 to 15 seconds until I did a system restore to an earlier save. Things seemed to be okay after restore for two or three hours of operation. Now, it's doing the same thing. Prior to restore I had run ATF Cleaner and MBAM but turned up no problems. AVG anti virus showed no virus. I just finished with the instructions in your sticky and here are the results. AVG anti virus will not update the e-mail scanner portion of the program either.

Thank you,
Chopperdoc
