[Closed] Packed.Monder?

Hello there.
About a week ago my computer decided that whenever i searched for anything in google and click on a link it would take me to a completely different page, via different search engines.
I tried to remedy this with a anti-malware but the problem persists despite clearing some up.
I downloaded AVG after being recommended from a friend, and within minutes it came up with a Packed.Monder (?) in the System32\drivers\hjgruiiipvnllu.sys

Having searched and found that it wouuld be easier to distinguish whats going on with Hijack This, I downloaded, ran and here is the log.

Any help would be welcome =]

Open HijackThis.
Go to Open the Misc Tools section by clicking on the box.
Under the Systems tools, look for Open Uninstall Manager and click on it.
Click Save list… and save the text file in a convenient location.
Copy and paste the Uninstall list contents in your reply.
