delself.bat and other viruses

Hello, I know there's various delself.bat issues that have been resolved, but it seems like each person posting is receiving personal advice according to their logs. I have the delself.bat thing on my desktop, and know I probably have other viruses on my computer. IE constantly consumes a ton of memory, as well as System Task Manager and what not. It's gradually become worse. What should I do? And how do I get the logs to post on the forum? All the post I see have logs on them.
