Hi, I've recently experienced the above little bug - it seems to stop all internet activity meaning I need to re-boot, then, when closing Windows the Event Viewer appears and the very slow reading appears as this closes down (only it needs to be pushed). Google has suggested closing the add-ons/plug-ins in Firefox to resolve the issue - I've closed them all down and it made no difference. It's now getting to be a bit of a pain  Anyone out there experienced/experiencing this - and if so, how you getting on with resolving the issue? Kind regards,

Hi Declan. Have you tried starting FireFox in Safe Mode ? Click on Start, Programs, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Filrefox (Safe Mode). Run that way for a bit and see what happens. If it's okay then I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling FF. Actually, that might be the easiest thing to do anyway.
