I had the nasty virus that is called security system 2009 show up on my computer yesterday morning. It creates annoying popups, prevents you from opening your applications in normal boot mode, and asks for a credit card if you will buy their security protection. It said I had 38 viruses on my laptop. In safe mode I downloaded malwarebytes and ran a full scan. It captured 60 items, and it seems that I don't have the virus today. But I know better. It is probably hiding somewhere only to come back later.

Will you please help me and check my log file. I would appreciate any advice you have. Virus is still hiding somewhere. It is still redirecting my internet urls if I don't type the address in directly myself.
