even trying to open certain program and task manager notepad will appear…
The most worst thing is i cant do anything because of this…
i tried to reformat but nothing happened…

Hello Musang. Your *.exe file association appears to have been confused. It can be put right by a registry fix but I will need some consultation before I post it. Please hang in till I get a second opinion.
