Hello Everyone. My computer is running SLOW and FREEZES up too often. I need a reliable free anti virus and alot of help. I'm NOT new to Tom Coyote. I lost my password resulting in registering again :blush: Thanks to All ! Fex

Good to have you back, let's see if I can steer you in the right direction to have you checked for any Malware.

You will need to follow these directions here

And someone from the Malware Team will be along to help, keep in mind that they are sometimes very busy and can take up to 5 days to respond.

Hi Fex

An absence of symptoms does not mean a clean computer.
It would be wise to post a "Hijackthis" Log in the New Posts ~ HijackThis™ Logs and Infections Removal

Hi Fex

If it was the "HijackThis" Log file, you will find it within the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\Backups\ folder.
(If you just saved it by default settings)
Edit: It will be with the Backups folder if there is a Backups, in the HijackThis folder, it should be labeled hijackthis.log

Hello Again, I find it running slow especially starting up or rebooting. It freezes up 2 or 3 times per day. Thanks for responding. David
