Download Sec-Info.zip from here and save it to your Desktop. You will need to extract the file.

Right click on the zipped folder and from the menu that appears, click on Extract All…
In the 'Extraction Wizard' window that opens, click on Next> and in the next window that appears, click on Next> again.
In the final window, click on Finish

You should now see a folder with a .vbs file in it. Double click Sec-info.vbs to run it and a text file called Sec-Info.txt should be created in the same folder - either that or you'll get an error message.
Please copy and paste the contents of the text file into your next reply and then you can delete both of the folders and their contents.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Run HJT and click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click Open Uninstall Manager…
  • Click Save list… and save it to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste the file uninstall_list.txt into your next reply.
umm, maybe im doing somthing wrong, but i cant seem to find "extract all". Instead, i see "extract to the specified folder" and "extract without confirmation"
That's not a default Windows option, but either should unzip the folder. Alternatively just drag and drop the file onto your Desktop and it will be unzipped automatically.
so this is what I did: i clicked "here" to download sec-info.zip. this i clicked on open. This window named Sec-Info.zip-WinRAR came up. When I double clicked it, a message came up and an error message came up, I tried again and nothing came up. But then in My Documents, there's a folder called Sec-Info and another one that has the same name (but says text document, 0 kb)
Download another copy and double click the zipped folder to open it and drag the contents, one file, onto your Desktop. All you need to do then is double click the file to run it and post the contents.
I apologize for this because i'm sure you're quite annoyed. I dowloaded it again and dragged it to my destop. Then I double clicked the file, but nothing happened…
The basic requirement with regard to PC security is an anti-virus program and a firewall and your log shows neither. Adding in some file sharing software leaves your computer as a slime magnet. In cases such as this my best, and only, advice is to back up any important files and then reformat and reinstall your Operating System. Not only is it going to be difficult, if not impossible, to ensure that your machine is malware free, it could also be that settings have been altered leaving your PC more likely to be infected in the future. I suggest that if you have used this PC for online banking or shopping that you use another machine to change passwords and also monitor accounts and cards just in case information has been collected about them. I can let you have links to free security programs to help keep your PC clean in the future if you wish.
is there any other way that I can get my pc to be malware free because i dont have the Operating System disc or Manufacturers recovery disc, Motherboard drivers disc, ISP disc with Modem/DSL drivers and setup, or Programme installation discs (i.e. Word, Photo editing etc.)
Your PC may have a recovery partition which gives you a Factory Restore option. If you are uncertain, the nice people in this part of the forum should be able to help. Without that, you are pretty much stuffed i'm afraid.
I don't know how long the PC has been unprotected, but given that you have Ad-aware 6 Personal installed, which is years old, i'd say it was some time. This means that there is a good possibility that you've picked up a lot of malicious files and that the damage that these have done is going to be difficult, if not impossible, to repair without a reformat.
Below are some links to free programs. Installing and running them may help with your problem, or not.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

There are a few free firewalls available.
Comodo Firewall Pro, available here. This download has both a firewall and anti-virus in the same package, so be sure that you uncheck the AV option if you choose to install this one.
PC Tools Firewall Plus, available here.
Online Armor Free, available here.

It is important to note that you should only have one firewall installed at a time, but you can download them all to your Desktop and install each in turn to see which one you prefer.

Understanding and Using Firewalls: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial60.html

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are some free A-Vs available:
AVG Free Edition: Available here.
avast! 4 Home Edition: Available here
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic :Available here
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The rule is one firewall and one AV on a machine. More than one of each may result in conflictions giving less protection.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can also try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: http://thespykiller.co.uk/index.php/topic,5946.0.html
