rundll32.exe - bad image

When my computer starts up, I get the message: rundll32.exe - Bad Image The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\iqaruxecaba.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette. the computer has a good connection to the network, but is unable to load any webpages. Also, I tried scanning iqaruxecaba.dll with SuperAntiSpyware, and it CRASHES my computer!
