[Closed] Location is not available Access Denied

My screen, when I click various icons, becomes kind of a milky white color. Then I realize that nothing is responding. The task manager will not work. I unplug, take the battery out, then do the same in reverse and start over.

When I start the computer all of the desktop icons except for about five are all gone. Sometimes I am able to find the files back on the desktop. But I don't understand what it is that I do that apparently fixes the problem.

Then when I am working programs are "not responding" again.

I have a log from HJT. I am going to paste it here and hope, one it is the right place and two hope I have given the right information. I am in way over my head here.
