I got an infection after stupidly downloading a fishy piece of software, I immediately realized that I had a malicious program and ran Spybot and Malwarebytes. They got rid of most the stuff, however even though they said they got rid of three things, they keep coming back everytime I restart my computer.
Spybot continually finds "Win32.delf.uc" and Malwarebytes find "Rootkit.Agent" and "Malware.Trace." Each time I run the program I get rid of them, but they just appear again when I restart and run a scan.
I'm really stuck and have researched the problem alot but cannot find a solution, please help :/

Here is the HJT scan:

You have a couple of entries in your log that point to an infection known as a "backdoor". This gives another person the same ability to access your computer as you have and they don't have to be sat in front of it. This means that all data that is housed on the hard drive and anything entered via the PC, internet shopping and banking being two concerns, should be considered compromised. You need to keep an eye on an accounts that you have accessed or cards that you have used to ensure that you don't lose any money. If you have passwords for anything, then I suggest you change them via another PC, just to be on the safe side. The only sensible option is to back-up any important files and then reformat and reinstall - it's what I would do with a computer with this problem. I don't see any third-party firewall or anti-virus program installed and this is probably how you came by the infections that your system has. I can let you have links to free software that will help keep your PC safe in future if you wish.
Oh, okay. Thanks alot of for the reply. Is it possible you could link me somewhere where I can get a substance tutorial on how to reformat and reinstall my computer? I really don't want to mess that up. And yes, I would love some links to some free antivirus programs. Thanks!
It may be that you have a Recovery Partition on your hard drive that would enable you to run a Factory Restore. You would need to look at the documentation that came with the computer for more information on this. You will need the Windows CD to reinstall if not.

As for a guide, this one is about as clear as i've come across:

If you need to set the boot order in the BIOS to boot from a disc:

Anti-Virus.

AVG Free Edition: Available here.
avast! 4 Home Edition: Available here
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic :Available here

While you can download them all to see which one you prefer, only install one at a time - running two or more anti-virus programs simultaneously can cause conflicts resulting in less, not more, protection.

Firewalls

Comodo Firewall Pro, available here. This download has both a firewall and anti-virus in the same package, so be sure that you uncheck the AV option if you choose to install this one.
PC Tools Firewall Plus, available here.
Online Armor Free, available here.

It is important to note that you should only have one firewall installed at a time, but you can download them all to your Desktop and install each in turn to see which one you prefer.

Understanding and Using Firewalls: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial60.html

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I suggest you download the installation files and save them to disc or flashdrive before you reformat and reinstall. Once you've got Windows back up, install both the firewall and AV BEFORE you reconnect to the internet. Update the AV and then pay a visit to Windows Updates and things should be a lot safer in future.
I use AntiVir and AVG on two different computers and both work well. If your PC is a little slow processor-wise, i'd go for AntiVir as it uses less system resources.
I also use Comodo and PC Tools firewalls and both work well also. I haven't tried the Comodo AV, so I don't list that as an option, but it may be great.
If you have any further questions, please ask them before you start - afterwards may be a little late! :unsure:
