The line in your log that interested me is O20 - Winlogon Notify: Antiwpa - antiwpa.dll (file missing). Antiwpa is, as you may know, a file that attempts to bypass Windows Product Activation and usually indicates an illegal copy of Windows - hence the reason for running the diagnostic tool.
Although the Validation Status is indicated as Genuine, the Windows Product Key Hash: hdoM8R5BMEt2IoswUm6GA1Ma2J0= appears in a number of threads:

http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/g…05-3618e9817b48
http://social.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/g…1-cf8711962ffd/
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/g…f-3d2298204cd1/

This suggests to me that your copy of Windows isn't legitimate and is using a stolen volume license key to bypass the activation issue that would otherwise occur. As such, you will not be able to receive help on this forum, or on a number of others.
If your copy of Windows is genuine, then I suggest you raise the issue here: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/g…ndowsxp/threads and they should be able to help further. If it isn't, then you need to obtain a legitimate copy before you can receive help in future.
