whenever i open any webpage i get this as a suffix , even the default webpage is this now , please advise me some ways to get rid of this , without formatting my windows .

It seems like you are infected with malware. You will need to download HijackThis and post in the HijackThis Logs and Infections Removal Forum. Here is how to do that, read it carefully!
