Just one more thing since cleaning my pc I can't seem to open my help and support at all? is that because something stopped it when we were running those programs?

What error do you receive when you try to open help

Hi, It says Help and Support error Windows cannot open help and support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named 'help and support'???

OK go to Control Panel
Select Administrative Tools
Select Services
Locate in the right pane Help and Support
Right click and select Properties
Set the service type to Manual
And Start the service
