Hi, recently my trend micro keep on warning me abount #.scr (# = various kind of number, can be 7, 24, 58, etc) trying to make changes to computer memory, i undo the changes using trend micro options, but different .scr file just keep popping out after some time. And occasionally, the generic host will be forced to shut down. Computer running slow.

I did the malwarebytes scan as instruted in "self-help". A Hijackthis log is also attached. Please advise. THanks a million! :)

There are two problems that I can see in the information that you posted. the first is: O20 - Winlogon Notify: Antiwpa - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\antiwpa.dll - this is an illegal software crack used to bypass copy protection for Windows.
The presence of this indicates a cracked version of Windows, and as such you will be unable to receive help unless you can prove that your OS is legit.

The second concerns these:

Registry Keys Infected:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\sysdrv32 (Backdoor.Bot)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\sysdrv32 (Backdoor.Bot)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\sysdrv32 (Backdoor.Bot)

Files Infected:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\sysdrv32.sys (Backdoor.Bot)

Any PC that has a backdoor installed is considered to be past salvation and should be reformatted and the OS reinstalled. A backdoor is basically any method of allowing somebody in a remote location accessing your computer as if they were sat in front of it.
There is no way to know what malicious files have been dropped on the computer, legitimate files infected or replaced and security settings altered to make the computer less secure in the future.
I suggest you back up any important files and then wipe the hard drive and start over with a fresh install. I also suggets that if th4 OS is cracked, that you get a legitimate copy of Windows.

Understand that your PC could be being used to send spam, or perhaps be involved in a denial of service attack, and that your ISP could cut your internet access as a result, so leaving things as they are isn't really an option.
