I think I have Trojan.Malscript!html Need Help :(

I believe that I may have this Trojan.Malscript!html , what makes me think that is when the infection occured, I caught the ID of the thing as Luckffix something or other.

I was tricked into letting it in from a formerly very secure website that requested me to run an activeX control. That was several days ago.

I did a system restore and it went away or so I thought. Before I did the system restore, I could see the thing running in windows task manager.
Here is how it appeared there:
Under Application: f 5254681
Under Process: umtcdw.sys
If I tried to end task, it would just come back within seconds.

Now today I went to open a browser and suddenly I had chinese music coming over my speakers.
WORSE YET, I got a windows notification that my cookie file could not be read, I checked task manager and the thing was back running again.
This time it is even more aggressive, all my browsers were closing and when I opened them, my sign in was being required on all my accounts.
I also got 2 popups for porn sites (and I don't go to porn sites)
I did not sign in to anything at that point….I closed all and did a system restore again, only this time further back

Now after doing the system restore again, all seems to be ok again, but how long will it last?
I just checked task manager again….it isn't there (yet)
