[Resolved] Need help fixing possible malware problem

I keep getting messages popping up that have different ".exe files - bad image". (examples of .exe files- google.exe, googleupdate.exe, ieuser.exe, svc.exe)

in the message window it says: C:\windows\system32\pnrpnsp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.

PC: Dell XPS laptop M1530. My OS is Vista Home Premium.

The same warning messages are popping up. Internet explorer either takes a long time to boot or when loading a page, doesn't fully load the page. Only after using task manager to end the the program - a few times in a row- am I able to browse properly.
some more of the .exe files that it is saying is a "bad image": sprtcmd.exe, jusched.exe, installmanager.exe, googleupdate.exe, aolload.exe, dsc.exe - all with the same error message.
