Before I can get my isp's webmail page to load, I have to permit real.com about 12 times. I can't see my isp Shaw Cable using real.com to relay images, so is this a hijack?

Please post a HijackThis log, preferably to the "HijackThis Logs and Problems" forum, and I'm sure someone will help you get whatever is happening set right. Unfortunately, without the complete log we can't make any diagnosis or offer any meaningful advice. Thanks for your cooperation.
