DeeJa,

Open HJT > Misc Tools> Uninstall Manager, Hilight My Way and click on Remove Entry.

See if that works.

Your log looks clean of any Malware of Viruses. So this has to be a windows issue. What I would do is to post your problem in the following Windows Tech Forums. You won't need to post a Hijack log unless they ask for it, but let them know that you posted here and that your system was deemed free of any Malware or Viruses. Post all your system stats as far as the Operating system, memory installed and your processor. Give them a discription of exactly what is going on.

I hope you find answers in the above forums to help you with your problem.

Ken

Hi Ken! The HJ Uninstall Manager got rid of the entry. :D It is good to know I have no malware or viruses now. I will go to the sites you recommended for the problems I am having with some of my programs and see how that goes. Thanks for staying with me in this! I know you devote a lot of time to helping a lot of people. The techs here are super! Thanks again for all YOUR help! I really appreciate your patience and thorough explanations! :) deeja
