free_spirit_etc,

If JavaRa isn't working for you do this:

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java. The current version is JRE 6 update 21.

If you can't resolve the issue with the .NET framework update, start a new thread in our Microsoft Windows forum. Be sure to provide a link back to this thread so the helper there knows you're free of malware.
