Need help in booting computer. Infected by windows police pro and get Blue Screen. Can't even boot up computer in safe mode or using last working settings. what can I do to get xp to boot?

Sorry to hear of the problem with your machine.
I see that you have posted for assistance in the Infection Removal forum,

A malware fighter will respond to your topic in the Infection Removal forum as soon as possible.
Just a tip for you....it's important you don't send a "follow up" message to the Infection Removal topic as the malware fighters there look for topics to answer first that have zero responses.....
