Good Morning,
That error is because the bad file is gone but it still wants to load. We can fix that, just have to find the run key thats still installed. I will look into this further. All ESET found where backups of what we removed along with backups in your System Restore program Hang on a bit and I will be back as soon as I can |

Had similar issue on another computer. The tech had me run a hijackthis report under the user that was having the issue. Figured I would try to get a step ahead if you came back and asked for it. tried to run system look under that user as well, but results were the same.

Hi,
No need for System look, they showed up on your HJT log Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows including this one, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked. O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [funefebipa] Rundll32.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\loneloho\loneloho.dll",s O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [zipuhopab] Rundll32.exe "c:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\wosakoye\wosakoye.dll",a O4 - HKCU\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [1] \\hdc\netlogon\Set.VIANet.exe Reboot and those errors should be gone You need to enable windows to show all files and folders, instructions Here Go to VirusTotal and submit this file for analysis, just use the browse feature and then Send File, you will get a report back, post the report into this thread for me to see. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\32728527\32728527.exe |

Rundll errors are fixed, thankyou.
I can not find those files. I double checked that I am showing all files and I should be able to see them, but when I browse to them, I can not see them. I ran another HJT report and it still shows them. I also tried looking under administrator and could not browse to them either. |

Fix these with HJT, if they give you a problem you can restore them.

Locate these files and delete them, leave them in the recycle bin for a day or so. You said you checked already, just a double check
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\32728527\32728527.exe C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\83085024\83085024.exe C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\61796433\61796433.exe C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\83189332\83189332.exe Let me know if you found and deleted them ? |

Hi,
Those files are gone TFC <--Yours to keep, run it about once aweek to clean out the clutter. Malwarebytes <-- Yours to keep also, check for updates and run a scan now and then. Combofix <---Is not a general cleaning tool, just run it with supervision or you can bork your system
The above procedure will:
Read these links and find out how to prevent getting infected again. QUOTE Keep in mind if you install some of these programs. Only ONE Anti Virus and only ONE Firewall is recommended, more is overkill and can cause you problems. You can install all the Spyware programs I have listed without any problems. If you install Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard, they will conflict with the TeaTimer in Spybot , you can still install Spybot Search and Destroy but do not enable the TeaTimer . Here are some free programs to install, all free and highly regarded by the fine people in the Malware Removal Community
Safe Surfn Ken |
