I have been using windows media player to load song on my player. Basically I load the songs and IT arranges them in any way it seems fit. I just put up with it but now I want to know how to load songs in the order i want. I want to be able to have a folder with certain songs and not have to just skip until i reach what i want to hear. I don't know if all players have those options or how to tell if they do. But once you start getting a few songs loaded, it becomes a pain to just skip through all the time. I'm open to something other then windows media if you have any suggestion. thanks just sara |

Hi Just Sara,
Is this still a problem for you? If so, please tell us about your MP3 player. Brand Name -- Model # -- We might then be able to offer some suggestions. Best Regards |

Can you access your mp3 player in Windows Explorer?
Like by going to My Computer and then finding the correct drive that it is plugged into (E: F: K: etc.)? If you can open your mp3 player like you would a folder, then you can try navigating to the MUSIC folder or something similar (ex: Songs, Mp3s), once there you should see your songs already added and you can make new folders yourself, you don't need a Media Player. Also you can put songs on it by copying/pasting into the music folder. I don't know if this works for all mp3 players but my sister has one and I showed her what I said above and it works fine for her. |

Hi Vectris
Sorry I took so long responding. I hope you don't hate me now I had to wait till I saw my dad again. We tried going the my computer route like you said. We added a folder and tried moving files into it. We noticed that the number of songs were increasing but the folder was not there. After playing around with it, we found the folder with file in it. This player is not the most user friendly but I think you solved this problem for me. thanks again just sara |
