I "THINK" that I need a LOT of help on this one....
Computer keeps slowing down,,,, ugh.

use firewall Micro$oft
use ad aware and spybot and norton - all updated

this is all i can id in your log: i remember reading about a possible conflict with SP2 and norton products, i will see if i can track down some links.....

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browsers and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

hello again,

just remembered, SP2 by default turns the windows built in firewall--on--( provides outbound "protection" now also) if you are running another firewall, not good, disable one............shelf life

Look in your add/remove panel and uninstall stuff you dont use
