We use GoDaddy (not my decision) for web hosting and email. Recently the boss has received emails many hours after they were sent to him. The email header shows the jumps from the sender to GoDaddy. (That shows the problem is not pre-GoDaddy.)

Is there a way to see the jumps from GoDaddy (USA?) to our ISP here in Thailand (called TOT), and to our offices outside Bangkok?

Also, is there a way to find jumps to his iPhone (local provider is AIS)?
Thx, DP

Hi Grewsome and welcome to the WTT forums,
If your ISP has a help department that you can access they may be able to shed some light on the problem..
otherwise I would be inclined to start with a tracert command and take it from there:
Details available from here:
