Tried reset on device and on wifi still no use. can you advise? |

So you're having trouble getting one of the iPods connected via wifi but the other works?
How long have you had the iPod for? If it is under a year, I suggest you visit the Apple Genius bar at your local Apple retailer. It may be faulty wifi hardware which Apple will take care of as their products come with a 1 year warranty starting from the purchase date. |
