iPod wifi issue

Two iPods 4th gen, same year model. At holiday inn, both catch wifi, only one seems to work Tried reset on device and on wifi still no use. can you advise?

So you're having trouble getting one of the iPods connected via wifi but the other works? How long have you had the iPod for? If it is under a year, I suggest you visit the Apple Genius bar at your local Apple retailer. It may be faulty wifi hardware which Apple will take care of as their products come with a 1 year warranty starting from the purchase date.
